“Dr. Phil” has devoted himself to the practice of dentistry because he truly cares for people and their dental health. He knew in university that he was destined to be a dentist and became a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1999. Even while he worked as a full-time dentist, he couldn’t put the books down!

Phil earned his Masters in Medical Education which led him into teaching at Dalhousie University, first as an Associate Professor of Prosthodontics at the Dalhousie Dental School and later as a clinical instructor. In short, Phil sleeps, eats and breathes dentistry. In his spare time, he’s active with the Canadian Dental Association, and the Nova Scotia Dental Association.

Dr. Phil’s other passions in life are baseball, Crossfit, and Disney World. In fact, if Phil could practice dentistry in the Magic Kingdom, he would be the happiest man on earth!

**Dr. Beth Doiron, B.Sc., D.D.S.** is a compassionate and approachable dentist who enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. **Dr. David Buchanan, B.Sc., D.D.S.** is a friendly and dedicated dentist who is passionate about helping patients and families enjoy healthy, confident smiles.
